I typically fail at 58 for the first upload (the second upload varies between 0 and 58) with the "a temporary error with your request", and then the third upload just tries to construct the header file forever.
All large mods of mine instantly fail. Anything small gets through. So far, all my mods that are 1MB or so in size or smaller upload fine. Anything larger (5 MB+) fail out.

Dear Traysent, is it possible that enGB to enUS might cause issues in the localization of the map editor app themselves?
i "work" with galaxy on a mac and a pc from france, and one after the other they reacted differently to these changes.
(Copying these maps from mac to pc made many fields disapear, such as the map's bnet name and produced the
enGB name: blank = this locale will be excluded from publishing" message)
Yes, my locale was hard to get/gain/keep up (since hots i purchased the game with the enGB locale online not in a store) and it (my simple wish to have the original game in another region and want to publish maps for it) has caused me many issues already.. sigh# wanted the game in english and spent wol and hots having issues with this "move" while publishing.
Cut to LotV constant patching and enGB deleted:
Is this a new such issue? Can I "re" localize my editor(s) somewhere else than the "map" change locale? If yes please do save me.
If not, then this is something you should look into closer because enGB is a huge part of your fan base.
I don't know what to do other then for the 23 rd time restarting from scratch #sigh# my projects.. discarding old maps / mods since only new ones get to publish...

I used to be able to publish maps without problems before patch 3.0.0 . Its the first time I try doing that from the mac but it doesn't work (I get the same error when I try to publish to different regions).
I am able to publish my map to any region from a machine running Windows.
I am now at a friends place just to be able to publish from his Windows machine...
I was able to upload to NA, yay!
