Is there a way (patch or something) for mac users to watch replays with the mac beta now that the beta's down? (I have a legitimate beta key and account)
I'm going to get Motive to make a quick update to include .SC2Replay files for MapCraft. Until then, you should be able to do it through Terminal. Launch SC2 with the path to the replay as the parameter.
Thanks for replying; I did what you said... In terminal I typed "open <Starcraft 2.app path> <replay path>", and StarCraft 2 opened but it said "Error: Must run from the launcher." Then I tried launching the actual build of StarCraft from the versions folder, but that gave the same error. What am I doing wrong?
Based on the dates, they're from Patches 10, 12.1, 14, and 15. Was my terminal command syntax right, and should I be using the StarCraft II app, or the build from the versions folder?

I asked Motive to check here, he knows more about the Mac stuff than I do. Though, it seems like only replays from Patch 14 are working correctly, the others won't launch the replay, it'll just be a black screen.
Looks like Phase 2 is going up today? If not today, soon. This will be wiping out all previous replay and patch data, so none of that will work after you download the next patch.
Arg, you would think so. I've been trolling the Blizzard forums all day (and I've seen you post on it too, we both have the same names as on this forum) but it's basically a spam wasteland and no blues for miles. I've given up for today, hopefully tomorrow. Thanks for trying to help.
