Do you think the Protoss/Zerg hybrids Samir Duran was working on in Brood War will make an appearance in the SC2 campaigns?
I honestly expected them to be a playable race in SC2 the first time I played BW. But then started thinking otherwise. I don't know anything about what SC2's story will be other than it continuing where BW left off or close to where it left off.
Just wondering if anyone has any ideas? I'm also very sad that Fenix is probably gone for good :(
Who knows, we may get Xel'Naga as a playable race in an expansion. The first game is Terran only and they didn't really relate to the Xel'Naga. Though, we do get to play a side mission as Zeratul.

Didn't know that part about Zeratul. I wonder how long it will be between each expansion o.O
That would make AegisRunestone's life easier if they made a Protoss/Zerg hybrid hyda :P For his hero.
