Its hard to believe sc2 has already been out for awhile now. Many great maps and ideas are being put out by more and more of you each and every day. Out of all the maps and ideas you've seen people work with, which have amazed you the most? Give a link to any map [or project] that when you saw it, just made your mind light up with ideas for yourself, or you instantly wanted to play it. Only condition is that you dont link your own things, Im interested in what you found most interesting of other peoples work from sc2's beta times, till now!
Just to clarify.
I dont mean just maps you think are good, there are plenty of "good" maps out there. Im talking about ones that really just made you go "wow". Does not even have to be playable, for exmaple
rrowlands thadius unit. This was BIG when he first did it.
I haven't played really any good maps besides Desert Strike, ZHRPG was good and so was power overwhelming. Thats about it. A lot of the maps on Bnet suck.
DarkRevenant's Battlemages Test. That map made me want to stop holding myself back with regard to my projects. I've been limiting how far I go with maps because I've noticed that when I get really ambitious, I don't finish my maps...
But there was also, to a lesser degree, Sons of Stetmann. And I seem to recall a singleplayer side-scrolling Tauren Marine shooter game.
Malu05's maps I have to agree are amazing, when his AC demo first came out, that ones by far one of the biggest shocks I think of what this editor can really do.

That popular cinematic which I can't remember the name of right now (anyone remember?)... it had a war between protoss and zerg with epic 'in battle' fly-by shots and epic music. That's the one that inspired me to make a lot of my own sc2 machinima and map trailers.
For me it would be Catalyst. AoS is an old concept, but Catalyst manages to use it beautifully and twist it so to create it's own original little project. I enjoyed that map greatly.

No inspiration from thees but...
OneTwos Prisoner Rebellion was the best cat Vs. Mouse. Nevermind I was gonna make i list, but it would have ended up just being 20-30 maps... : D

I'd definitely have to go with the work Malu05 (And don't forget TheKC for Project Vector) have been teasing us with:

Aside from that, some WTE submissions have kind of stunned me. The "Say 'cheese'!", "Under the mountains" and "Mar Sara Blues" topics all have some amazing work in them.
