Can't work in editor after this patch becouse servers is down. Epic fail by Blizzard :( . Now you can work in editor only if you login in battle.net 2.0. Why they did it omg :P .
European players who haven't reinstalled Starcraft II beta during the downtime are able to download a new patch, and it seems like the beta will be back up in the upcoming days. Eventually within 24 hours. Note that nothing is offical yet!

the updater first updates itself and the you get the new shiny updater for version 19 from the screenshots above

Nah, my old updater cancels itself for not being able to read baselineCache.bin in the shaders. Guess I'll just wait ^.^"
I've had no problems installing the new patch. Though it says Battle.net servers are down for maintenance atm.

You authenticate it once and you will be able to use it offline from then on.
