Long story short, I'm trying to use the frame in the attached screenshot for a dialog frame but no matter what I try the *king thing won't display correctly.
I've tried:
Applying it as a dialog item border with all border types, image type 1 and 2
Directly changing the image of the dialog
If anyone has managed to solve this problem before, I'm begging you to help.. This problem has been plaguing me long enough.
PS: I don't think it'll be a good idea for me to post a snippet.. cos I'm using custom script, but i'm sure someone must've been able to figure out how to do this with triggers.. and the steps should be the same..
done.. in the opening post. it really pisses me off that this happens. none of the image settings i tried works, and the dialog set image function doesn't get it right either. really wtf.
Edit: forgive my language, really cranky right now due to a lack of sleep.

Could you give the name and path of the image you're trying to use as a frame?

Problem solved btw... apparently I have to use a dialog item with a horizontal border type. sigh.. too tired and overlooked it the first attempt.

Nothing better than what you fix yourself.
I hope you can get some sleep now :)

Absolutely :) It helps in that next time round, you know exactly what to do.
