make a trigger with an event of when a timer ends. Set the timer in that event to be the one you created. Then make a new action that is an end game action. Done!

I got it working. How do I make it so spine crawlers can be built without creep?
Go to the data tab. Find the spine crawler unit. Remove the behaviors on it. and change the footprint to what a normal structure has. You may need to look up a gateway or something to find what that is.
