Still looking good. Only things I can come up with now are
A) More detail. Smaller chunks of rubble, maybe some of them lying on the high-ground areas your Ghosts are positioned.
B) Maybe you ought to get your units in firing position through the trigger/data editor? Right now they're standing around pretty casually for a huge battle taking place - if they'd all be aiming their guns it might come across more realistic.
Got lazy with last week's one so here's my entry. Feel free to use the terrain if you want (although it is pretty small).
Probs should've used better lighting but...meh. Forgot to add the skybox in too.
Oh, the ghosts aren't actually floating in mid-air either. The building doodads just go transparent when the cam zooms in close to them.
Will do with the actors, forgot about that way of doing it - was only thinking of doing it in game (Where my screenshots would shoot way down to very very very low quality).

Wanted each ghost to appear as his own individual, so i've used all three possible models (Nova, Ghost W/laser and W/out laser)

Can't take the screenies in game unfortunately, in game quality for my low performance mac book is shoddy.
Sorry, I didn't notice you already used it. Then, my only suggestion would be to make them act like they were aiming/shooting instead of just standing there.

Looks nice, though I'd add more evidence of battle. Perhaps add some cracks in the street, and make the whole scene dark and smokey.

Edit: Uploaded some new screenshots - added cracks, ash, some modifications to the ghosts platforms, and then some more ash.

I look at these pretty much every week but I've never made one that I really cared for.... Until now :P Sooo yeah, made an account and here we go :P
