I edited the Agria texture set to include textures I like, but around half of them does nothing when I try and place them.

It may be because that you have changed the "start" Terrain, witch then just F* up it all. ^^

I used fill terrain thing on my starting terrain =X

The Terrain that are selected from the start when you are making the map in the "New Tab", can't be changed, it will F* up everything. ^^

Try again but don't change the "Start" selected Terrain. ^^

Just go to map -> map textures and reselect your texture set for the second one, it will then work :)
