After playing with the terrain for a while, I was wondering if anyone figured out how to do this. Basically make an incline, using terrain, that is a consistent grade, Basically a flat surface, only downhill.
The only real way to make a "perfect" ramp using terrain height is with a small brush and the grid turned on. Manually tweak each vertex until it's as smooth as you want to spend the time to make it.
Personally I usually use a large soft square brush and click a few times with the edge to make a ramp, then flatten the area on top. Not as smooth as you can make it with the first method, but much faster and simpler.
You could turn on wireframe, make the brush really small, but really amplified, and raise each polygon a set amount of times, gradually getting higher.

Meaning like real ramps? Or custom made, out of a hill or something...
You can just create a ramp using the ramp button,
