Let's say I created a super marine with a few special abilities. How do I save that one modified marine, to where I can import it across different maps? It seems like I have to save the map as a whole, rather than save a specific unit, ability, etc. What gives?? :(
You can copy that kind of stuff from map to map just using the 'Right click and copy' method, but be sure to copy the base stuff first- Model, Actor, Abilities, then unit.
Thanks, Zetal! I'll see about that work-around for now. I'm just worried about accumulating a laaarge number of assets, and having to copy/paste them all.

For all who were interested: Note the difference between saving as a Map, and saving as a Mod. Also, check your File > Dependencies > and add a new directory.
