I want to place a building on a small piece of land and I've tried a few stuff to kill the collision but it does't work. Can anyone tell me how I can make that building placeable anywhere I want?
Wow... that was just... weird. Thanks a milion, this saved my hairstyle. Also, what about in-game, if I want to build a building in, say, shallow water, how will I managed that without making the building stackable or walk-through?
I assume you play around with the Movement -, properties in the unit itself. Try removing it's structure flag in Movement - Collide or change it's placement thingy.

If you wanted to place it in shallow water you wouldn't have to do anything to the building unless you added pathing to the shallow water.

How cna I place a doodad like a wall and stop units from walking through/shooting through it?
Something I just learned: Click the "pathing" icon at the top (right of the camera icon). On the left (from top to bottom) the options should be:
Painted Pathing Add Pathing No Pathing
Then "paint" the parts of your map that you want to keep from being walkable. They should become covered in red.
