Usually if you want a game to be remade, you remake it. Don't think someone will remake a game you want to be remade. They have games they like to remake.
Yup would be no major technical feat although semi-random tracks might add complexity. Also it looks like the same game engine as the biker mice from mars racing game.

Just no, no random track generation please. New tracks added sure, not that though. This kind of game having the track memorized is plenty. Is enough randomness in Rock N Roll racing anyways, what with the oil slicks, mines and missiles.
Edit: I do not know if it's the forum (area) right (exact).
It wouldn't be an overly hard game to recreate in a lot of ways, but I wouldn't want to touch the graphics/music/terrain stuff, although datawise it wouldn't be too hard, all you need is units with upgrades to speed, turning abilities, missile/mine data abilities. Nothing too dramatically hard, although I'm curious if the driving aspect would ever be as smooth as in the original game. I rather enjoyed that title for the Genesis, have a very good memory of how that game is supposed to go.
Make no mistake though, if you want this a reality, you gotta be ready to go it alone much of the time. You have my interest in seeing such a thing happen, but doesn't mean I'm going to make something appear this weekend ;) Especially when I'm just a rom away from playing the real thing if I want to play it that bad.
@Rafavozniak: Go I thought about it too, but fortunately it was one of the ideas I didnt even get started. Not that I wouldnt like, it's just that I'd never have the time to finish it. But I had this idea to make a campaign mixing Rock n Roll Racing and SC lore, with Jake Badlands as the main character.
I have the narrator quotes in wav format if you need those.
EDIT: Brazilian? Does that mean your name is Rafael? Bem vindo xarĂ¡ ;-)
Hello to all.
I'm here to give an idea of a game that marked the 90s.
That need only one version of the game to stay cool.
I'd like a creator of Starcraft 2 maps, make this game.
But with some innovative things:
- Support to play with 4 players.
- Deathmate Mod
- With the 3D engine of Starcraft 2.
Does Blizzard will allow developing (publishing) a map of this type? The own Blizzard abandoned the title!
I also posted in Hiveworkshop, that idea grow and spread in the communities of Starcraft 2: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/modifications-development-presentation-664/idea-rock-n-roll-racing-remake-240505/

like the racing map that blizzard made in WC3 like Mario carts?
Not only that. Have soundtracks cool. Able to purchase items such as motors, missiles and even other cars (vehicle).
That WC3 is much worse.
For those not know the great SNES game, I'll post a gameplay video:
might be a bit difficult; that perspective, etc, the camera angle isn't what people are used to.
I think innovative.
Thats why I enjoy custom maps.

And technically this one isn't any hard.
