Erm.. I tried duplicating Spine Crawler and went to rename all of the Copy parts to fit the new name...
after I added it to the map.. its losing healthy and after like 30 sec it dies..
the new spine crawler thought its not on the creep and was losing HP because of it.. no idea how to make it think its on creep so i just removed the behavior and problem solved :P
oh damn who knew this Spine Crawler is so complicated.. the attack animation does not work and for the love of god i cant find out why .. just shoots a ball
When spine crawlers attack they technically send a projectile. So you must have messed up one of the effects for the weapon. When duplicating its sometimes good to leave a few things like maybe right now the projectile is linked to a model that doesn't exist or something, or its an issue with an actor. Cant really give u an exact answer but just mess around with the weapon effects, it should be something there.

First thing I think of is check the data editor for those units and check their health regain....no idea why it would have went negative but meh.

Maybe for a duplicate one you have to set an animation trigger for the attack?
