I'm auditionning game engines / editors for a Total Convertion, and so far SC2 is a great candidate, although two very important questions stand in the way for greenlighting it:
Is it possible to setup data i/o between the map running on a Bnet server and a private server, for example to build a ladder specific to that mod that would be updated at the end of each game and accessible on a web page that does not belong to Bnet ?
Is it possible to run analytics on the activity inside of the modified map (i.e to track the average game length or which hero/weapon/spell is used most) ?
Thanks a lot for any hint, or of course any solid answer (:
Edit Uuuh no idea why this automatically landed in the Bugs & Feedback section, apologies. Would a mod be so kind to move it to the Miscellaneous section where I believe this thread belongs ?

Assuming you don't use a third party program, the answer to both of your questions is no.
Thanks for the quick answer
I guess by third party program you mean emulated server, which is not on the menu )
1. No.
2. No.
