Say a damage effect deals 100 damage. Now this damage gets applied to some target with 25 life left. 100 - 25 = 75 leftover damage or 75 damage that was essentially wasted. I want that 75 damage to return as another damage effect w/ splash upon the impact point.
How would I do this?
