Hi i'm not sure if this is in the right catigory but i couldn't find anything on the notion. I'm creating a king of the hill map and i'd like it so when a players unit runs in a certain boundry the buildings/neons/lighting changes to their player colour. Essentially my map is 4 player with a section in the middle which people fight over but i'd like for the section to be colour matched to the current occupier. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is a bit of a road block for me :)/
I made a very general system setup if it may help you with your systems, if you dont have them in place yet. http://www.sc2mapster.com/maps/tower-control-custom-melee/ is the link; it is open source. I have improved on the UI a lot in a map my group is working on "Genesis: KOTH" if you are interested in using my system; I can set you up with the most updated version of it and explain to you how to modify everything in it to your liking.
To get the color to change, it would really depend on what graphics you are using to represent the circles/buildings. To go out on a limb and say you are using some sort of animation on a dummy unit (say a circle of fire around a point) then you can use the "send actor message" command, and tell the actors of those dummy units to change their tint color; and have a color set to match the color for every players. This would be slightly irritating; and you would have to lock colors in the lobby. If you are simply using a single tower in the center; you can change the owner of the building; which will also change the color.
I am sure someone will pop in with an easier way to do this; these are simply what come to my mind.

In short you need a Region (Query) actor that works like the colossus tree killer but tints the unit.
