Show libraries in the trigger editor, and right click in the library area and click import library.

Its the same, you just go through more steps =P
edit: yeah its the only way... your really just importing triggers (if its a trigger libray) or data.. for a data one, so its not something you can auto make happen
you could import songs (if you're willing to infringe copyright, like bounty [I do not disapprove bounty, in fact it makes the maps better "D] but that's not always advised)

Hello everyone, i have just sighned on to get some help with a file i downloaded from here, how do you install SC2Lib files?

once your map is open go to "import" (f9) and import it,

If I'm adding a trigger library, I'm already in the trigger editor and If I'm using libraries I already have them shown. :/
