In the data editor there are 2 turn values. One for when the unit is stationary, one when the unit is moving.
It can't be set to instant, but the default value for units like marines is 7200 I think. That means the unit needs 0.05 seconds to turn. I think that's close enough to instantly.

Is it possible to make it so that an air unit doesnt need to perform a 'curved turn' to change where it faces? can it be instant?
