Currently banks cannot be preloaded in an extension mod, which makes them pretty much useless. Turtles reported this issue yesterday here.

my bank working fine, not sure what is the problem

Is it an extension mod? (not a map/dependant mod)
if anyone comes across this now, you have to preload your bank in the consuming map's preload tab (where you can preload assets and other files).
