I got issue with missile spawning rotation with launch effect. It seems it spawns at fixed rotation (not missile's unit facing) and (nearly) instantly rotates to target path yet is too slow because rotation in my case is visible due particle effects and missile itself is not orb so it's easy to spot

Tried adding a SOp (Smooth Rotation) to the Missile actor?
Contribute to the wiki (Wiki button at top of page) Considered easy altering of the unit textures?

Do these missile have specific movers that use throw drivers? In this case you maybe have to change the "Throw Rotation Type" to "Look at Target".
I don't want it to rotate at all :p just spawn facing the target
I use copy of swan weapon which is Guidance. But good notice, i will play around with mover.
EDIT: Found it "Rotation launch actor type" was none, changed to obvious "Launch at target" Thx!
