Simple question: how do I hide the selection circle of a unit? In other words, when you select the unit, it does not show the green circle thing at the base of the unit.
I had no idea there was a way to set it manually - I personally just set the Z-offset of the selection circle at like, -10, so that it's buried in the ground and effectively invisible.
I did not realize that you could disable the selection circle until I read this. I have been using a Z-offset for the selection circle for quite some time, but ran into an issue with a troublesome Archon model (not dark archon) that will not respond to modifications of the the selection circle size or offset.
Discovered the reason for the unresponsive model changes.
Still curious as to where the field is to enable/disable selection circles.

Or do like the broodling escourt units and click the cannot be clicked/cannot be highlighted flags

You can just set the selection radius in the models tab to 0.
After the patch 2.0.4 Selection radius to 0, doesnt work any more
neither does setting the Selection offset Y coordinate to -80

actually found a solution. setting the y coordinate to +XXX does work
