I have a levellable ability on a hero, that grants a behaviour (passive ability). When the hero dies and respawns, the behaviour is gone and nothing i can do. Happens since Void. Anyone knows this problem ?
Ok i managed to do that now by applying 3 ops. I rotate the ball vertically, then explicite rotate it by 90 degrees, so its rotating horizontally (=rolling) and then, because the 90° makes it beeing in the ground for 50%, i offset it to the top so its over the ground again.
The problem now is, the ball doesnt turn anymore, it always faces the same angle, no matter where it gets turned, and this happens because of the explicit rotation siteop and i have no idea why.
ok, i managed to do it, thank you very much. I got one more problem though. The origin, where the ball is rotated around, is not the center of the ball, but its the point where the ball touches the ground. How can i change the center point of rotation ?
I want a unit attached to another unit. Actually its a soccer kind of thing. I want one unit (the ball) to be attached to another unit, like, always in front of it.
The unit might "lose" the ball and another unit might get it.
Right now im doing it with triggers, a trigger running every 0.02 sec or so and setting the ball's position. The problem is, it looks very "choppy" and not smooth at all, i believe its maybe because periodic triggers dont run more often than every 0.05 sec or so ?
I need a solution that attaches the ball to the unit and ideally be able to also rotate it and slightly bounce up and down.
I have an ability (type behaviour), that simply dissappears after i used it once. The buttons just gone. The ability just gives me a behaviour and has a cooldown of 20 sec or so. No other values were changed.
The shop has the interact ability, the pawn ability and the inventory ability (i used the default inventory ability, just killed all slots, so no inventory is shown when selecting the shop).
ok when i kill all dependencies and only add swarm stoy, it still tells me that some objects depend on some of the liberty story dependencies, buts its actually way less, maybe 10 or so, i should be able to deal with those manually.
It still doesnt work now, and i know that sometimes there are those messages and then if you close the publish window and reopen it, it works, but this time it looks different.
I wanted to publish my map to fix some of the SC2 3.0 issues, but cant upload because of dependencie error messages. Something like "header for dependency not available: Liberty (mod)" and the same for Libery Story. I use german client, so i dont know the exact translation.
My map has 3 dependencies: Swarm multi, liberty multi and liberty story, that has never been a problem so far. I tried to kill the two liberty ones but cant, because it tells me that a shitton of objects depend on those (way to many to manually kill those).

Thanks. The flag is called "permanent" (at least in the german version) for anyone who cares.

Ive already thought about that and tried it, but moving the unit with a local offset sop also moves its rotation point, so it doesnt work.

Yes, flagging it as toggle works, thank you.

Ok, i flipped around a bunch of the dependencies, killed some and added some others in exchance, and now it works somehow.

are you sure that will do ?
