Nope, just read all the other older threads solving this same problem. The shrike turret is just a model attached to the turretZ attachment point of the bunker. All the upgrade does is enable the weapon and is used to validate setting the visibility of the model while the fortified bunker just swaps the icons and is used to validate a model swap of the the bunker model.
So pretty easy to combine or simulate (I would just make my own as the bunker actor events are needlessly complex).
