Those dumb hotkeys will block autocast toggling for abilities (alt+ability hotkey) from working if they have the same letter, but the only way I could turn them off was in-game, Game UI Data only lets you change some useless hotkey texts, not the hotkeys themselves. I can obviously change the ability hotkey if push comes to shove but still.
