Maybe try making an independent sound actor thag regulates the sounds?
Also, try making a different event for yor sounds to something you can easily do/ test. that way you can see if it is the event that is the problem. Alternatively, you could change the action linked to that event to test if the action is the problem
For the record, Guardian Shield has 3 independent sound actors: Start, End, Loop. Each creates and destroys itself through standard Effect/Ability triggers. Not entirely necessary, at the very least you could compact Start and End into a single Action actor if the mere count of actors is your top concern.
I can really recommend taking the time reading and learning about Actors, and testing out things yourself.

So i got another bug i dont come where he come, if u take the mod i posted, u put karass against a maraudeur. When you use the shield, the maraudeur will get birth animation of guardian shield. What the hell is this ?

I'm actually doing a spell like guardian shield of the sentry, but i have no sound (i got two other problem but didnt tryed to fix yet).

I haven't looked at the map yet, but would blindly recommend using a "launch sound" action whenever your ability goes off.- at cater location

I copy/paste the actor guadian shield events xml. So why it's not working ?

Actor are like glue. There exists many types of glue which each has their specific purposes. It's the same with Actors.
