So, I've noticed that under certain circumstances, the editor won't allow me to modify crap in the data editor. As an example, if I switch from Effects to Behaviors, enter a search, select a Behavior, and then attempt to modify one of the fields, nothing will come up.
Then, I have to close the data editor, open it up again, enter the search again, select the behavior again, and THEN it will allow me to modify the fields.
Does anybody else have this very annoying problem? Anybody know how to stop it?
Yup, often happens with modifying original melee stuff. Campaign stuff does not have this for some odd reason. Still it is in general a better idea to avoid modifying existing stuff and just make it from scratch.

Sounds like you might be clicking on the "origanl" data, which you can not modify, instead of the new duplicate it makes that you can.
