I'm trying to export some hi res images from the Galaxy Editor, in this case the images are the end product. However, whenever I use the 'Export Map Image' option on the data menu, sections of my image are rendered without the normal map (flat). There doesn't seem to be any sense to the areas that render properly and those that don't. Here is an example:
As you can see, some areas render with normal maps, some don't.
I've noticed that when viewing the map in the editor at the default viewing angle, but zoomed out, the normal map effect will only render out to a certain distance. Could this be the cause of my issue? Is there any way to increase the range of the area where the normal maps render? Here's a picture of what I'm talking about:
Notice how the area closest to the camera renders fully, while that in the distance does not.
Additional Info:
- I'm using a very capable machine.
- I've got the in-editor/game graphics settings set to 'extreme'
If you have any idea how I can fix this, I'd very much appreciate it.
