Kerrigan uses behaviors that requires upgrades I think, so blizzard could set different sounds for de-infested or primal queen Kerrigan. You can manually add them to her actor if you're not planning to change them later, or use blizzard's system.
Okay sorry I didnt so it when I first woke up, I was busy, Okay so heres the deal.
3 of the sounds are working, But the other ones are done through the Actor(missile type k5 kerrigan) events field.
So I suggest ignore the events because they are done through some kind of "soundrank" status which I believe is accessed through the banks somehow. so I dunno.
Just manually set the sounds in the "sounds +" field on the actor.

i dont understand what you said at all. can you just tell me which tab, which name, which event instead of making me confused?
even if i click kerrigan K5 a lot, she doesn't speak at all unlike Zeratul. how do i make her talk like in campaign?
@cleanto: Go
K5 Kerrigan is strange very very strange, Go to the Hero Levels tab, and check in there,(its under campaign)
I will check this thread when I wake up in 5 hours if you haven't got it I will look for you and post a response.
I'm curious if you can get this working as well. As it always fails for me.

just go to the actors tab, and to the Sounds + Field, and manually put them to the kerrigan voices you want.
the rest was an explanation as to why it would be a pain in the ass to do it the way blizzard does it.
