ok well ive been playing around with this for over 4 day's now and im haveing no lluck at all ive got a drone to make a unit (like making a building) but that's all i can get i need some help with this one all has been done with the data editor
if anyone need's anymore info about what im haveing trouble with just ask for it and ill give you it.
i need them to be able to pick what they want to morph into
ok well now i got the unit to morph but im having problems with the actor's/modle's when the unit morph's his modle just go's poof of he make's 2 of the same modle on top of the single unit depending on if i set it to destroy start and (modle swap to (none) or modle swap (unit out come that i want)) any idea's?
did you duplicate a bunch of stuff? Sounds like a duplication error. Sometimes when you duplicate things, since it is still tied to the original object, it is now linked to more than one object. Also check Events field in the actors. Make sure it is set to the unit you want. If it works that way of course.. I have never duplicated or messed with the morph ability.
It actually sounds like an event issue. It sounds like the ability is correct (probably) but that your unit doesn't know to destroy the old model before creating the new one. Make sure to read the section under "Part III: Editing the actors".
No problem. I realize my tutorial is strictly for units and not structures but the events should work the same. I hope so at least. If you have trouble after reading my guide let me know and I'll try to take a stab at your issue.

ok now i getting a new error dub models after marine to viking (fighter) i see the viking (figher) right there then a viking (assult) morph into another viking (fighter)

Are you getting no model or duplicate models? Because the solution would be different depending.
i did what it said in the link to the T and im getting no model

my unit is a leveling hero changing into a leveling hero i have no trigger set to the unit's im trying to use to morph
its just the model's that arent working the unit is there but it's not showing up (no actor)

OK, hard to say since you only linked the 1st forms events but yes. For each morph you need to see 3 events.
From the "starting" unit you need the ability morph start and the ability morph finish.
You ALSO need an ability morph finish on the unit it will become.
So basically the starting form should have some events that look something like:
Lets assume UNITA will turn into UNITB
Abilmorph.(the ability here).start
Morph from - UNITA
Create
Abilmorph.(same ability).finish
Morph to - UNITB
Destroy - immediate
And the unit it will turn into needs to have one that looks like:
Abilmorph.(same ability).finish
Morphto - UNITB
Create
IF you have all of these events it should clear stuff up. If your having other glitchy art issues let me know.

A-Ha! I found your problem. It's actually just one little change. The problem was you had extra events that were cancelling out the ones we want.
Go to "Actors" pull up your zergling (not drone)
Open his events.
Scroll all the way down. Now, right at the top (of the bottom) you have an event that looks like this:
abilitymorph.dronemorphzergling.finish
destroy immediate
this is cancelling out the "create" event later on. Simply destroy this event and everything works just fine.
