When you give a building an attack how do you change where the attack's missile/whatever is launched from?
The Action actor determines launch and impact sites.

omg... thats way too complicated for a newbie like me... can any1 gimme like a basic tutorial on how to do so?
if you see an actor with "attack" on its name.. click it... find "Attachment: Launch Attachment Query +"
Also you might need to use a custom Site actor as the launch site and enable the force launch site flag.
