That is a possibility... You might just have to offset the TurretZ attachment on the Z to +X.
Attempted this already, If you touch the TurretZ actor with any sort of movement, it shoots off to a global coordinate, I could not find a way to offset it upwards relative to the unit that owned it.
also i would like to point out that i doesn't work for you either you weapon would work the same without the launch site ill attach my map and your weapon fire from the same place as mine
There are two flag fields in an action actor. The one you're looking for is called Actor - Action Flags, and is at the very top when sorting by names of fields. Also, make sure the Art - Missile field is set to the right missile actor. If this field is not set, everything will work except the missiles will come from the base of the unit like you describe.
builder bob i did what you said and it didn't fix anything and one question what would be the right missile actor what happened before i did all of this is it would fire from the center of the battle cruiser

this wasn't to hard but its got a turret so yeah but its not what i had in mind but its close took me a half hour
