i send a group of units to move somewhere on the map. Each corner they pass they become more and more a line but i want them to stay, let's say maximum 5 units away from each other.
i tried to slow down the first one in line but this doesnt work very well.
any ideas?
Can you provide a little more information about what you're trying to do?
If you want a kind of Squad system, you could make a copy of the carrier hanger ability and have two types of units (leader and follower).
Also in the gameplay data you can find the seperation radius of ground and air units, decreasing causes units to overlap, increasing causes units to stay in formation.
i create 10 units at the border of the map. they have a buff that issue orders them to move to an enemie far away. the way consists of many corners. they reach the end as a line but i want them to reach the end as a group,
instead of - - - - - - - - - - (10 units in a row) i want 10 units close together as a group.

parts of those units may be killed on the way.
