Ok I`ve managed to made myself some new weapons for my hero such as shotgun and flamethrower (props to OneTwo`s guides).
But when I am using these weapons on my Jim Raynor hero he makes this stupid animation just as he stops casting his attack, but when I put the weapon on a regular marine or some other unit the animation looks quite nice.
So, is it the actors or the models I should be messing around with?
Is there anyone here on the forum who are really good at these things?
Well just as his finished casting his attack it`s like he is going into a "stand still stance" all the sudden, and then he starts casting his attack again and he goes all the sudden into his "attack stance".
The switches are so quick that it looks....buggy.
Since the marine does not have this problem I thought maybe there was some attack launch\impact actors I could change him with?

When I am changing the actor`s model to marine for example this problem goes away.....but I want a Jim Raynor model :S
