I ever hate the SC1 Star gate, but this model is amazing :D very good work, I found a little bug in the mod, but I don't know why. Stukov cannot Attack (the Terran version), but I don't understand why, in the editor he have the weapon, you think can solve this?
I've finished the animations! But the model has a problem. I can't replicate the electric efect when it turns from unpowered to powered (or vice versa).
I'll make the placement, death and build models tomorrow (if i don't fail at the attempt). Then I'll check out what happens with stukov.
As far as I remember at model Fenix Zealot there is a similar problem, as at Stukov. And in general, many models SC1 do not have own models placement, build and death
But I've always interpreted the stargate like two floating structures one next of another, and my perspective also fits in the original starcraft model. Is just a matter of placing the axis in another particular spot, given that it's imaginary and we are only based on a plane.
EDIT: Given that I'm the only martian who think that it looks good, I'll take the recommendation and rotate the parts.
That cerebrate is BEAUTIFUL (if this can be said about a slimy brain). Like Zarxiel said: add the TC, the green liquid and this cerebrate will be simply PERFECT. Congratulations!
The problem is that with blender I can't export all the materials and I have to merge all the objects into one (at least in the way that somebody with my limitations who learned how to use it less than a week ago can).
PS: Thank god that the left one is better! It took me about an hour.

Very nice work on that SC1 Stargate!
Thanks!
I don't think I can make the birth and death animations. I can't understand how they work.

Don´worry, do only what you can ;)
They don't look excelent, but is better than having the old stargate appearing.
I'll check out the death now.

The left one is the better, what do you think about using the spawning pool green instead of this green??
It's a copy of the spawning pool.
