I can not do better than this
I don't think it matters much, the glass didn't have any effects or animations on the original. Also the texture of the main body is very bright now, was that intentional?

It will make the model use textures from Assets/Textures instead of the files from your disc as it does when this box isn't checked.

This is the best conversion from a SC1 to SC2 building I've ever seen. It looks exactly the same in every detail.
