I would just make them as a separate unit entirely, personally. That's how I'm handling lineage 2 stuff. But then again, space concerns are irrelevant for my project.
TO ANYONE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE ANIMATION IMPORT SCRIPT ->
1.Comment out the "Echo" lines with Hyphens (text should change to be green if you do this properly)
2. Follow the Ctrl+E advice everyone up until here has been giving.
I'm not sure if it is obvious to others here, but I spent a few hours not thinking to comment out the Echo lines. Hope this helps.
Oh and one last thing.. doesn't seem that the animation is connected to the mesh.. I don't use 3dsmax much and instead prefer to focus on the game system coding... what do I need to do to have the mesh follow the bone system?

I open these two maxscript .ms file to maxscript editor and press Ctrl+E ,
but nothings happen theres no rollout shows in my utility rollout,
i am using max 2011 SP2 to run these .ms file
Can someone tell me whats happen to my appliciate?
its the sp2 cause the issue?
lol, when you run it it is added to the Max Script Utilities Tab, it is the right most tab, click on the tab, click MaxScript, and select the utility from the dropdown, there it is :)

D3 models are quite annoying to work with which is why I stopped working with them. I'll be putting up what I had for people to use. Keep in mind that I don't intend to work on them any longer and they don't have hit boxes or anything like that.

The reason that these side are missing, is that they are not missing, cause they were never there :)
Since D3 has a fixed camera, there was (is) no need to make these, but I can understand that you would want them :)
