Looks like it has neither specular nor normal maps. This makes the model look like a wooden toy. But it's not hard to make it a yummy shiny spectacular candy toy. I remember a model - something like "statue of mengsk". It has a pretty bronze sheen. You could make its color a bit colder and use as specular map for your model. But normal map is more important, especially for such a low polygon model.
Oh yeah, god job man! Now they look pretty much real.
The only thing to play with is specular map's color. It may make the sheen even more metallic. Now the body look a bit varnished (the gears are ok, they sheen like white polished metal supposed to).

Hey guys,
I figured my modeling skill level was getting to the point where I would do a showcase of the models I've made.
Please bear in mind that I'm still VERY novice and my texturing skills are obviously sub-par.

Just a clarification. The Panzer V model is Ryan's model just my (fail) texture.

Wow these are really good. You almost have a whole army keep up the good work.

Thanks :)
That plane looks lot smoother than I remember. The wings don't look as segmented as they did before. very cool.

Very nice work!!
Perhaps you can design some normal bump maps for these mechanical units, they will give the models more details !!
Lol he is so modest xD
The battleship gave me of the idea of the HMS Thunderchild fighting a protoss colossus.
Is that seriously a guy from SC1's Federation Dominion?
If so: Hey I'm FD_Sovereign hows it going?

Nice work man.

And I think I vaguely remember Federation Dominion from my days of lurking around the SC1 Modding days :D I certainly remember a Star Trek mod...
Thanks
Ya I wonder if its the same guy. I'm thinking of making a ST map :)

Had to redo the uvmap to clear up some distortion issues. I think this texture has the nice painted metal look to it.
And yes Zolden this one has both normal and specular.
