Models look good! One issue I did notice with the Serpent God from earlier was the turn animation. It was somewhat "stiff" and unnatural. I don't think it had a turn animation. On an off topic note, can you give WoW ships an idle animation and some basic attachment point?
Have you ever encountered an issue with the max m2 importer in which it causes animations to kind of collapse into a sea of twisted vertexes? If so, do you know what causes it?
I normally don't do request, just when I think it is interesting and challenging... but since I was planning on doing all the creeps from Warcraft 1, only 2 remain

I also noticed that all the units from Warcraft 1 are actually in the Heroes Of The Storm, I 'm continuing my MAX Import script for this new M3 format, with animations etc.
I actually finished the Dungeon Skeleton model yesterday, late but haven't had the chance to show it. That will be for this evening if I have the time
The Dungeon skeleton is based on the animations from WoW but the model from HotS, and looks like this one:
The model and the diffuse texture are from Heroes of the Storm, the animations are from the original skeleton model from WoW
Time to put everything together, not so long, the script I wrote to get the new m3 format from Heroes of the Storm.... a very long time and still working on it...
Been working on another Warcraft I unit, Anduin Lothar.
Based on references from the net, Anduin, the lion, Lothar, I came up with the idea of using Uther and Arthas from Heroes of the Storm, mix them a bit, and you have Lothar :)
Here are a few wip screens for his shield, the first is just a diffuse map, the second spec and normal but no team color, the last has no team color, the rest has team color, diff, spec and normal map

Don't export the "NoSheathe" animations. I believe they are the ones that cause this. I think there are 6 of them for character models.

based on a weapon from WoW, the new Tauren model from WoD, wings from Illidan from Heroes of the Storm and animations from SC2
and I wanted to have a cool animation for the death, so here it is :
