Custom Warcraft Model based on Warcraft 3's units. Uses animations from Warcraft 3. Model and Textures created by Triceron. These models are free for public use. Please give credit if you use the model for your maps. Any questions or comments, please PM Triceron.
I am currently working on fixes for the recently released 4. Please let me know if you guys find any issues with them and I will work towards resolving them.

This model doesn't work on ultra graphics setting (model become pink in the editor and ingame).
Hey any way you can add mapping to slot main for texture swaps in game?
not sure how youd go about doing that, all I know is my editor seems to want to complain about it, and disallow me from changing the texture of the model.
course if you could make the shield icon a "decal slot" somehow, that'd be great too.

Portraits are not possible to be created at the moment due to the lack of Camera support by the exporter script. We will need to wait for Blizzard to release their tools, or someone to continue work on the .m3 export script before that can be handled. The most I could do in the future is provide a static 2D portrait image.

This is awesome. Thanks for the model. but i have a question. this model works perfectly on my map but there's no portrait model.
so opened this model with 3ds max using m3 importer
i tried so hard about couple of hours (moving sphere upward and downward, rotate model... I tried everything i could) but i couldn't find out how to make a proper portrait model...
can you tell me how to do that? or can you make a portrait model for me?

Download the latest version. I made a revision to the readme regarding the path to the textures to make it work.
The path is 'Assets\Textures\' with an 's' at the end of 'Assets'. This is likely the problem you are facing if you are not getting textures to show up.
How do you use the textures?

Quick question, is the image on his shield registered as a player decal? for example, if I use the diablo decal will that be it's image in-game?
if not, is there any way you can make it so?

The footman does use team color.
I have a perfect spot for this... Maybe. If the color adjusts to player color then I will use it :) Ill replace my zealot model with it because my main guy so far is a zealot.
I dont get the textures work. How can i choose where i import? Its a .dds and not a .tga like the usual others. Can someone pls explain 4 Noobs how that work?
