any player types "playerlist" : shows a list of active players with their numbers (ie, player 1: joe) any player types votekick # : starts a vote to kick the player number. Vote lasts 30 seconds, has countdown, shows votes as they are submitted. any player types vote no/vote yes, counts the votes. if yes votes > no votes, the player gets kicked.
