Tower:

• Siege Tank: Single Attack, can upgrade to Nuke Tank(1)
• Nuke Tank: Area Damage(1)

(1) Can Upgrade Weapon for faster and further attack

• Slow Turret: Slow target's action, can upgrade to Anti movement Turret(2)
• Anti movement Turret: As the name, also have Slow too(2)

(2) Can upgrade weapon for area, range and damage

• Photon Cannon: 3 missiles, can upgrade in 2 way.(3)
• Void Cannon: Void Ray Weapon, Ground only.(3)
• Psi Cannon: Psionic Shockwave, Air only.(3)

(3) Can use blink.

• Mage Tower: A lot of abilities
  • Speed Up: Instant abi, create an aura which increase nearby units' attack speed, auto cast.
  • Graviton Beam: origin, auto cast.
  • Mass Recall: origin(4)
  • Black Hole: As the Vortex but also dealt 400 damage over 15 seconds.(4)
  • Cloak Field: Only available at Boss wave.

Boss (Very very strong) Big Queen Boss: - HP: 60000 - Energy: 200/400 - Abi: Gain HP when attacking; Zerg Feedback; Place mini Broodlord (All auto cast)

Difficult: 4 chosen of difficulty. Your chosen define the way of the wave (1 or 2) and also the Boss will attend or not.
