UNSC Cruiser and Frigate
The Fuentes-McMally Shipyard in mars orbit is proud to annouce the launching of its latest hulls C-907 the UNSC Column of Fall and FFG-117 the UNSC Sunrise March.
These models are scratch made based on pictures in the Halopedia. They are representations of a UNSC Frigate and UNSC Halcyon class Cruiser from the Halo series.
With the release of NinToxicated's latest updates to the M3 exporter, the unit models have functioning engines, bounding spheres, and target volumes. They can now be deemed fully operational, and have been tested. The models come with a plentiful number of weapon attachments, sensible target volumes (including a shield volume), and team color. The models are skinned exclusively with in-game textures, meaning they are very easy to import and use (no setup required). Death animations are complete!
Thanks to NinToxicated for creating an excellent m3 exporter which made the creation of this model possible, and all the folks who posted tutorials on how to model, skin, and animate, given that I am not a professional model creator (or even one in training), and their simple explanations have allowed for me to pursue this hobby.
That's Pillar of the Automn LOL
The editor keeps crashing whenever i try to import them :(
The large ship is the Pillar of Autumn from Halo :P forgot the name of the smaller one sadly.
cool! nice work. Reminds me of Homeworld 2. I recommend that the large ship be called a Dreadnought.
Lol I get the name :P
Sounds suspiciously like the name of another well known ship from a different game..
Edit: And looking at the pic it also looks just like it xD epic bro
looks nice
