Starcraft 1 - Terran - BootCamp
Well, I made this a little while ago.. Finished it on about the 2nd of August, but wasnt aware that someone else on here had already remade it, which is disappointing :(.. oh well.. Anyway, figured i'd still share it..
Making this map has certainly been interesting, discovering how to use the Galaxy editor after having only basic experience with the SC1 editor as been quite the challenge, but i think it has turned out nicely. Though I just wish I had-had an idea on how to do the Mission Briefing part of the level, Before looking at the other remake, xP
Anyhow, here it is, cinematics an-all. Hopefully i didnt go overboard with them, but i'm pretty happy with it. I tried to keep it very faithful to the original level, so there arent all that many differences, but yeah.. I hope you like it heh xD.

@ailoso I am aware of the dependencies, I have actually added the Single Player dependencies as well as the Standard Multiplayer ones for the map. Correct me if there's a reason, but I don't get why you mentioned dependencies at all.
Though speaking on dependencies and the campaign units that they allow you to use.. They do NOT give access to SOME of the original Starcraft and Brood War units, as they simply weren't modeled for this game, that is where problems will arise for the later levels.
Finally, Lip-sync I have learned from the Previewer, uses a special file which contains the facial animations (fxa or fxc i think, cant remember) and THAT is how the lip-sync works, you would have to create your own version of the file, and rig it up in the data manager.
Finally, If so many people are going to remake the original campaign, I may not do, it seems silly to remake something when many, many other people are also remaking it.
if you know how to fix the lip sync send me and MP and expainme how to do this im are doing a remake too but i dont gonna do the tutorial only the next maps

for do this only enter file/dependences and eliminate the dependences of liberty mod and liberty multiplayer and add the dependences of liberty story and liberty campaing it will give you all the data in the campaing: units,habilities,buildings
looks pretty good, though im not sure which mission this is, i thought the 1st mission in sc1 was wasteland?

if ur gonna try to tackle the terran campaign in its entirity, how bout a twist? a multiplayer version!
make the main base/resources shared between all players and perhaps give each player a single marine hero to level up
there is a mound of hero/item tutorials about, just dont overdo it, cuz overpowered hero = cakewalk
you could make it so entering the buildings you can buy upgrades to their abilities and change their class to firebat, ghost, medic (keep the same voice and portrait though unless u want a sexchange lol) and pilotable vehicles that you can either be driver of, or passenger firing out the side window
and perhaps for the smaller maps, combining a few wouldn't hurt, like making terran 01-04 in a single map, just using triggers to seal off each section
