Initial alpha release.

• Only works for patch 17 since patch 18 isn't live in EU yet.
• Requires .NET 3.5
• Addresses of get_Editor_DocumentManager and get_DocumentManager_DocumentFromIndex aren't dynamically located.
• Don't close the Console window first, always close the editor first.
• ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR MAP BEFORE USING THIS!
