SC2Mapster

- Scrap can no longer block Power Nodes or Generator Wrecks. When units die near these, the scrap is pushed away
- Players can observe matches now as Spectators. For now, Team Colors must be turned off for this to work properly
- When a player quits a match, their opponent will now correctly be presented with the Victory screen
- Data Victory changed to 650 (up from 500)

DENDRITES
- Imbuer's mind control changed from an attack to an ability.
- Assemblers now cost 170 (down from 200)
