Purity of Form
A UED commando stranded in Dominion space after the Brood War, RYAN KLIGSEN has survived by hiding his true nature. A cybernetically-modified super-soldier with the ability to regenerate wounds, he must masquerade as a simple veteran to avoid arousing suspicion.
Stranded on Mar Sara after a tour with the mercenary War Pig company, Kligsen is finding it increasingly hard to maintain his cover. The local marshal has taken a dislike to him, and seems to enjoy provoking the battle-weary stranger.
Meanwhile, unbeknownst to Kligsen, a wealthy eccentric named JUSTIN ESCALIO has landed on Mar Sara in search of a mercenary commander with very particular qualifications...
PURITY OF FORM is a five-mission, fully-voiced, story-driven campaign for StarCraft II.
PART ONE consists of Missions 1 and 2 together with three cinematic cutscenes.
CHARACTERS
RYAN KLIGSEN
As a cybernetically-enhanced commando, Ryan Kligsen was a pariah on his home planet of Earth. Even so, he remains haunted by memories of the beautiful terran homeworld. Left marooned by the destruction of the UED expedition to Koprulu, he has lived in hiding ever since. A tour with the mercenary War Pigs left him severely addicted to stimpacks. He reluctantly accepts a new assignment with Escalio's Purists after the actions of a corrupt colonial marshal shatter his life of anonymity on Mar Sara.
Nanobots in Kligsen's bloodstream grant him the power to regenerate wounds.
JUSTIN ESCALIO
A well-spoken intellectual and a powerful telepath, Escalio is also a wanted man. He is the founder of a secret society named the Pure Form of Man, known to the Dominion public as a "protoss-worshiping cult." Escalio's actual goals are more complex (and perhaps more dangerous) than Dominion propaganda would have you believe.
ZOLTHANON
Even for a High Templar, Zolthanon is inscrutable. Why would a respected warrior and former Judicator leave the Hierarchy to join the terran Purists, whose beliefs are heresy to the protoss? He claims he left out of anger at the Dark Templar who dissolved his former caste, but Kligsen suspects there's much more to the story.
BUCKY
"Bucky" is the Purists' preferred nickname for Zolthanon's robot probe. But Bucky is much more than a simple worker. Zolthanon has fitted him with upgraded sensors and components. These tools, along with the small machine's plucky attitude, will be crucial to Kligsen's survival.
HOW TO PLAY
Use the "Files" tab at the top of the project page to find the maps (there are more than the five shown under "Recent Files"). Save all maps to the folder C:\Program Files\StarCraft II\Maps\ leaving their file names unchanged. (You must use this specific folder or the next map won't load.)
Open the Maps folder and drag the file PURITY 01 Begin.SC2Map onto your SC2 launch icon.
hello!
played your campaign. is there a continuation or just these two missions?
it was fun playing them and i love that you had audio speeches in the cutscenes.
i recommend to add also subtitles because it also adds to the quality of the campaign.
i know that its probably abandoned but just saying that these 2 missions were pretty good and they were worth continuing the story
I would like a launcher to be honest .-. If there is i am sorry.
In reply to alexombiepgnz:
If necessary, I will, but it will be in Russian.

I made a launcher. Here are the pictures, as I said - it will be in Russian.
Hello! We translated your campaign into Russian, would you like to finish your creation ???
Good campaign! As said Terhonator - the voice acting and custom music are great! :) I personally don't have a problem with difficulty level but it itsn't also simple to pass this 2 missions. I heard not but - any possibility of continuation? :)
Good work. I really, really liked voice acting and custom music.
I inspected 1st mission on editor and noticed that you are sending attack waves by sending all units of same type owned by player. I recommend you to use attack waves like "Add 1/2/3/4 Marine for next attack wave" to make sure that AI sends right amount of units each time. I have added 4 difficulty levels for my own campaign and I recommend you to do it too. I'm bronze/silver level player and difficulty felt bit brutal for me.
I'm looking for a couple of team members to work on terrain and triggers for part II.

Let me start by saying you've done an excellent job on creating a few awesome campaign missions. It's rare to see this kind of quality in campaign maps unfortunately. So GREAT job, I enjoyed playing them a LOT.
I love solo play just as much (if not more) than multiplayer, and really enjoyed the official campaign (even tho it's received quite a few harsh words) - so it's nice to be able to play something else while waiting for the next expansion.
A few thing that puzzled me with the first cutscene (I'm bad with names .. so info might be lackluster here).
Hero's suit changes colour from green to blue and back to green again when he's looking at the dead evil dude.
When hero is talking to his "dealer" the "dead girl" or well same model, is standing in the background chatting with some homies =).
First mission (already mentioned) on hard - when I pushed forward to the right .. I would have units just run forward .. not attacking anytyhing till they reached my "camp" . .so I could just pick them off while they ran - didnt put up a fight.
I hope you make a lot more missions .. I'¨m sure they are very time consuming to make, but keep up the great work. I'm sure you have loads of fans out here waiting for more action =)
Oh yeah, it doesn't show up on the main project page anymore because there are six files in total. You have to go to the "Files" tab at the top of the page. It'll show up with the name "Opening Cutscene."
Excuse the stupidity, but i don't seem to have the PURITY 01 Begin.SC2Map with everything else i downloaded.... Where would i get this?
Almaity, sounds like you might have a bad save of the map files? If you want you can PM me with your email address and I'll send you the files as an email attachment.
Obatztrara, one of the voice actors is an old, old buddy of mine. I found the rest on the web. http://voiceacting.proboards.com was a great way to recruit. (They have their own etiquette system about looking for auditions, so make sure you read it before posting.)
For the lines I used OGG files, which seemed to vary between 30 and 150 kb depending on the length of the line.
Anyway, so glad people are liking the campaign so far.
I've played mission 1 on hard, and enemy unit's just come one by one moving to my base, not attack move, and at the last moment they attack me. A while later I had an army of marines and marauders to the right of my base and there was an enemy army with vikings medivacs and more just moving towards my base, ignoring my army.
Anyway, this campaign is really awsome. Also, Map 4, mission 2 is not localized, param/value everywhere, don't know about map 5 though.
Whenever i try to open it with sc2 it says "Cant open map", and when i try opening in the editor, it says my sc2 installation is corrupt (Which it isnt, it works perfectly with everything else)
:( Would really like to try it out
Very nice!
Some voice acting related questions:
How much space does an average voice acting file take up? Where did you find people to do the voice acting for you?
Bucky !! That portrait was awesome
I loooooove this, :).
Added a "Hard Difficulty" version of the first mission. Players wanting a tougher challenge should save that version of PURITY_02.SC2Map to their Maps folder instead.
