Moved the energy transfers to a different timer and offset it from the fusion generator's by 0.2 seconds
Cleaned up some frivolous conditions on abilities
Renamed the Power Generation trigger
Added a level 2 for the fusion generator (Subsequent levels only need a button/ability creation and a modification of triggers)
Added some unit initialization to the pathing check
Removed Sheilds from all current towers (as it will be used as an indicator)

Started it in between the current timers so it is now Fusion, 0.2s, graveyard, 0.2s, transfer. each spaced so as to spread out the load and reduce lag
Created a unit group to hold the graves
