Posted Feb 20, 2013In case you haven't figured it out yet, you have to beat all the other bosses first. I think that means doing at least corrupter, colossus, and the quest with the stalkers and dts in the top left, and you may need to do siege tank and archon as well. Then the pantheon will open and you can do that quest and the arena challenges.
