T-T
Hey dude, I don't know what I am doing wrong, but I import the files in Assets/Textures and the model into the "root", in the understanding that it doesn't goes in any folder, being outside of all, but it keeps showing a black sphere. Is it right how I am importing?
Sorry about the delay, I forgot all about this. I just tested the files from the zip, and did not have any issues with the duran model. Based on your description it sounds like an issue with the .m3 file, not the textures. In my test map the .m3 is located under the root, and the texture files are under assets/textures. Hopefully that helps.
Hey dude i love your Duran model but it got a big problem the model is not group and double selectable!
so if i make a unit with your Duran model i can only click on it directly to control it! i cant double click on it for choosing other same units OR group select it with other units!
would be great if u fix it :)
I have posted an updated Raszagal model which uses ribbons and has a better death animation, and uploaded a model for the overlord cocoon. Hopefully both will be available soon.
It looks like I exported the Raszagal portrait and Samir Duran model incorrectly, they were referencing local files instead of the assets. Are you using Wings of Liberty or Heart of the Swarm? I have uploaded new files which should fix the pathing problem when they are approved, but Raszagal relies on Heart of the Swarm textures.
Raszagal was more difficult than Duran, once I have the portrait sized about how I would like it. I detach the parts I am going to use, and add the new object directly to the bone structure. Then clean up the original model by removing elements and polys. Then unwrap uvw and retexture the model. If you do it out of order (like I tried several times) it really makes things a lot harder.
I like the direction you've been headed so far with your models. Can I ask how you go about attaching the portrait mesh to the body? I'm not asking for a tutorial just your usually method.
I switched the model over to art tools, and that seems to have fixed the remaining issues. Hopefully the new upload will be passed through soon, as the last one I just deleted without it ever being posted. now to start work on my next idea!
Yeah for some reason it comes through that way when I run the import scripts. Even looking at the spectre model that shoulder is a bit messed up on the stand animation. I haven't figured out enough to fix it yet, but I am working on it!
With kinkycactus' help I was able to get rid of the shine on his face in the pending upload.

I sent you a private message, when you get a chance to try it out let me know.

With Duran's one. I tried to move the textures and the model, but none worked

Which model were you having trouble with? Everything should go under Assets/Textures, but it is possible I made a mistake somewhere.
Hey bro in what directories goes the textures files? The model appears as a white sphere and I had tried the root, assets/textures, units/textures
Yep its fixed now! thanx alot dude :)

Thanx bro ^^

I must have exported with the hit boxes hidden. I have uploaded a new version which should fix the issue. It will be available once it is approved

Awesome! I look forward to any modifications you make in the future.
